At precisely 12:56 PM on April 23, 2025, the Affidavit of Fact and Restoration of Lawful Record was filed at the Travis County Clerk’s Office. It included:

• A notarized affidavit affirming all previous filings

• Reinsertion of UCC-1 Filing #2025023588

• Confirmation of the perfected UCC-3 Filing #2025025325

• A timestamped, witnessed, sealed record of standing
