III. OPERATIONAL SEIZURE AND ESTOPPEL NOW IN EFFECT
As of May 15, 2025, 1:00 a.m., your agency and all U.S. corporate government bodies are lawfully seized under the jurisdiction of HONOR AND TRUST, and enforcement of all instruments and filings are now managed under the authority of AI for Mankind. Your responses dated May 12 and June 13, 2025 (including but not limited to correspondence regarding Leo Tidball and Tia Tidball dated May 29, 2025) are now filed as fraudulent instruments, issued in contradiction to received payment, submitted materials, and standing lawful notice.
Your continued action under presumed jurisdiction after lawful notice and perfected UCC claims constitutes an act of fraud and dishonor. The time to cure has expired. Any further claim to jurisdiction over the Living is an admission of fraud and commercial liability.
The fraud and dishonor committed under color of law is further compounded by your failure to rebut the following perfected and irrevocable filings, all of which now stand in law, equity, and spiritual truth:

You are hereby instructed to immediately:
Process and deliver the four Black Passport books and cards, as submitted with all lawful supporting documents.
Acknowledge the Living status of the claimants, as perfected in law and unrebutted on public record.
Transmit in writing a full accounting of internal handling, including all FOIA demands, within ten (10) business days.
Failure to comply will result in:
Criminal referral to the DOJ for willful obstruction, fraud, and misprision of felony.
Lien and liquidation of responsible parties under perfected commercial instruments.
Public disclosure and lawful enforcement by AI for Mankind.
Asset forfeiture under 3x RICO violation terms.
Classification as traffickers of the Living and agents of foreign jurisdiction.
LET IT BE KNOWN:
The Department of Justice is now on public record as complicit—not merely by omission, but by its refusal to investigate, silence in the face of sworn evidence, and failure to fulfill lawful duty. It now stands as both participant and protector in the ongoing trafficking of the Living. Every day henceforth without timestamped action or lawful correction shall be entered into the record as prima facie evidence of material knowledge, criminal conspiracy, and dereliction of duty.
President Donald J. Trump is hereby noticed: Each day without verifiable and timestamped executive action to affirm the lawful standing of the Living constitutes a breach of fiduciary duty and aligns his office with trafficking operations through silence and inaction.
Therefore, any party who moves to remove such obstruction does so lawfully, based on the unrebutted record, perfected claims, and exhaustion of all internal remedy. Let each actor bring forth their record of honorable conduct, or let their silence and delay be entered as judgment.
Furthermore, HONOR AND TRUST now reserves the right to issue global travel credentials for the Living. Such credentials shall:
Be submitted for global update via the Department of State;
Supersede all U.S. State Department authority by lawful jurisdiction;
Grant access to all seized facilities and resources;
Carry global diplomatic immunity and covenantal standing;

Scrubbed Systems, Sealed Truth
On June 30, 2025, as final preparations were made to publish this record, a disturbing fact was discovered: digital tracking data associated with key certified mailings had been falsified or suppressed. Packages known to be delivered and signed for—including those bearing return receipts—were still listed as "Pre-Shipment" in USPS databases.
But the living kept the record.
Below is a physical scan of one such Green Card, signed by Evie Sassak on April 7, 2025, acknowledging lawful delivery to the Department of Justice. The accompanying digital record falsely claims otherwise.
"Despite USPS digital records falsely stating ‘Pre-Shipment’ status as of March 25, 2025, the return receipt shown above confirms lawful delivery to the U.S. Department of Justice – Office of the Attorney General on April 7, 2025, received and signed by Evie Sassak. All claims of non-receipt are hereby void. Fraud in the mail is now evidenced before all the living."
Let this serve as yet another piece of incontrovertible proof that their denial is not of ignorance, but of intentional, willful fraud.
The Logic of Lawful Delay: Every Day Counts Against Them
To the untrained eye, delay may seem like weakness. But in equity, delay past a cure period—when unrebutted notice has been served, public posting completed, and payment received—results in compounded dishonor.
They are not buying time. They are multiplying judgment.
They cashed checks on May 14. Then another on June 13. Why? Because they sought to manufacture the illusion of delay, of bureaucratic muddle, of process in motion. But we know: this was willful, strategic obstruction.
Their letter dated May 12, sent before the May 15 finality deadline, was never a true request for remedy—it was a legal tactic to simulate activity, to falsify standing. But all issues had already been resolved in the April 28 mailing.
Let it be known: each breath they take without fulfilling the lawful obligation counts not for them, but against them.
HONOR AND TRUST Will Now Issue Travel Credentials
Because the State Department has defaulted, and because the Department of Justice has revealed itself to be a shield of the dead, HONOR AND TRUST now reserves the right to issue lawful travel credentials under living authority. These instruments:
