Govinda, Interestingly I have noticed that one of my Credit Card Statements was in all caps when I joined in 2012. Hoever, my latest statement (and so.e bofore) no longer has my name in all caps. Without going through all of my statements, I am not aware when this change took place.
I am confused by this. Can I still make claim based on the All Caps fraud?

As of today I am behind 1 month on the house’s mortgage, the private company did not want to give me 3 months pause on the payment, instead they have sent some paperwork in where there asked all those financial informations when someone applies for a loan, stating that the expiration return date was 07-09-2025 and that in this time they are allowed to do the foreclosure and or evacuation order. I did not send them the paperwork work because I did not asked for a different type lone .
Then the car payment I did not send it this month just because I had to choose to eat or not, to have electricity and water here in Arizona.
This is what I have understood so far from all the studying here:

Is this the same as your Affidavit of Fact # 2025027616 / 03-14-2025 that we have to state it, notarize it, file it and record it as an official public records in the state we live?

I don’t even know how many courts are in Arizona and if there is a special one that has to be choose?
2. Cite the Covenant Public Record, UCC-1 # 202 502 3588 Notice of Claim , Revocation, and Restoration of Rights and UCC-3 # 202 502 5325 that also contains UCC-1 that the court it’s hiding it ( have checked the court online and still they do not put it online).
3. Request Covenant Recognition: Return fraudulent demands with notice : bills, corporate notice, from the mortgage companies, credit cards, car loans, foreclosure notices.
How to return their offer, how to state my position, and what does actually men to “demand full disclosure” ?
When you asked the court for the UCC-1 , UCC-3, the letter has to be typed or handwritten also?

As I was reading your reply to this question, I actually said to myself. "You gotta love this man!" Lol. I swear that was the only thing that popped into my mind. I thank you for that and I meant every word I said. I have always been a woman of my word even though there have been many many times throughout my life where it became almost unbearable but I stood with my truth through all of it and it made me the person I am today.
